We’re excited to announce a new role in our office designed to ensure that our workplace is positive, functional, and welcoming for all. We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Receptionist to join our team. This person will take care of our people, greet our visitors with a smile, and make sure our office runs smoothly. If you enjoy creating a positive atmosphere and contributing to a well-functioning environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

Office Superhero:
• Be the friendly face greeting visitors and providing a warm welcome.
• Keep the office fully stocked and organized—no coffee shortages on your watch!
• Make sure our weekly celebrations are something to look forward to, handling all the details that make them special.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring they are efficiently steered to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Building Liaison:
• Be the go-to for building management, handling any issues and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Cleanliness Champion:
• Coordinate with cleaning services and maintain a clean, inviting space for everyone.

Tech Guru:
• Set up access for new employees and keep the office tech (like phones and conference room TVs) running without a hitch.
• Manage seating charts and schedules using HR software.

HR Extraordinaire:
• Support hiring processes, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.

Event & Training Organizer:
• Prepare training rooms and ensure events are well-organized and stress-free.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Super organizational and multitasking skills.
• A friendly, approachable attitude and excellent communication.
• Tech-savvy with experience in office software.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
